Diamonit sold for the highest price of EUR 760,000 at the PSI Auction in 2009, Donovan was Bundeschampion in 2005 and Vice Bundeschampion in 2006, while Diamantenbörse was a medal winner at both the World Championship and the Bundeschampionat. Maternal grandsire, Sandro Hit, has sired over 146 approved stallions, ten Bundeschampions and offspring that sell for record-setting auction prices. Top breeding stallion Rubinstein, who has won several millions of euro in prize money over his lifetime, and Pik Bube I impressively round off Decamerone's pedigree. He is of the Lovestory bloodline, one of the most high-profile Oldenburg dam lines. It has produced numerous winners and elite status mares, approved competition stallions such as Dreamcatcher, winner of the Dutch Pavo Cup and Bundeschampionat medal winner, Froschkönig/Vice Regional Champion, La Piko S, Levantino, Sir Diamond, Controller and Feinbrand.
