Novice class winner with the perfect blend of thoroughbred genes 

This incredibly talented Holstein stallion has a pedigree that our breeders will find particularly interesting, combined with a perfect jumping technique and an abundance of scope. Califax won his very first novice show jumping classes and completed an impressive performance test, scoring 9.5 and 9.38 for jumping ability, 9.0 for character and temperament and achieving an overall score of 8.5. This Calido son is predestined to be a top class show jumper.

His sire, Calido, won 23 novice show jumping classes and over 170 of his progeny are successful show jumpers competing at 1.50 m level. This beautiful grey stallion's offspring have already earned more than EUR 1.7 million in competition winnings, and they include the German Champion and internationally successful show jumping stallion, Coupe de Coeur. The dam's sire, Julio Mariner xx, adds refining thoroughbred blood to Califax's pedigree. The top horses that he has produced include Eurocommerce Lima/Gerco Schröder, Dinky Toy /Michael Whitaker and Resolute/Molly Ashe. His first crop of foals impressed with type and moving elasticity.
