Details

About - Dominy is a premium stallion with elegant movement, stately carriage, appealing personality and exemplary gaits.

Performance - He was the champion dressage stallion at his licensing in Munich, South Germany, outshining all other stallions. He will turn five in 2017 and we await his competitive career with interest.

Sire - His sire Diamond Hit has long earned the reputation of a trademark stallion among Donnerhall's licensed sons. Diamond Hit is a top sire, and currently ranks 10th in the WBFSH Sire Rankings, with his sire Don Schufro in 9th. His dam, Loretta, who he shares with Sandro Hit, adds proof that his talent is genetic and consistent. Diamond Hit was successful up to Grand Prix level; he qualified for the Olympic Games in 2008 and has numerous wins and placings at grand prix. In 2002 he was Vice-Bundeschampion, and in 2005 he was VTV dressage stallion of the year. He has more than 25 grand prix offspring, including Diamantina, who represented Australia at the 2004 World Equestrian Games, and over 50 licensed sons.

Damline - Dominy's dam Parole D'honneur was the champion mare at her broodmare performance test in Bavaria, after which she won dozens of dressage tests and then produced three State Premium mares as well as two full brothers of Dominy that were also licensed. Diamond Star won the 2009 Bavarian Championships, took fifth place in the Southern German Championships, participated in the Bundeschampionat and is now competing at advanced level. Damsire Pour Plaisir won up to Prix St. Georges, and three of his sons were licensed. The grand-dams Piacenza and Finesse both placed in dressage as well as show jumping tests. In the third generation you find the Champion Stallion and Stallion of the Year 2002 in Bavaria, the Pik Bube I son Piaster.
