About - For Ever Jump is a compact, blood-type stallion who has excellent rideability, and is a bold jumper with a good technique and huge canter.
Performance - For Ever Jump had great success with Tobias Meyer in young horse classes, and then jumped internationally, with many wins and placings at CSI2* level up to 1.35-1.40m, including wins in Ising and Boll.
Sire - For Pleasure has been described as the 'Horse of the Century'. With his suppleness, scope and attitude being reliably passed on to his foals, For Pleasure is in as much demand today as he was during the height of his career. He retired at the age of 20, having won his last ever class, the Leipzig World Cup qualifer, and having been sound for his whole career before a tendon injury aged 19. His international career was exceptional; he was on four gold-medal-winning teams for Germany; two Olympic Games (Atlanta 1996 & Sydney 2000, where they finsihed 4th individually), and two European Championships, at Hickstead in 1999 where he was 5th individually, and Donaueschingen in 2003. At Donauschingen, he also won individual bronze, the first ever individual medal for Marcus Ehning. He also won gold and silver medals at he German National Championships. His career earnings totalled over €1.8million, ahead of Milton, and his offspring have won over €2.5million between them.
Damline - Damsire Chambertin is best-known as the sire of World Number 1 show-jumping sire, Chacco-Blue, who is his short breeding career has produced an enormous number of top-level jumping horses. Chambertin is a son of Cambridge, who also produced the very popular Catoki, while Chambertin himself is the sire of more than 20 grand prix horses including Chalan, Calimero, Can Do, Calle, and Caballero. For Ever Jump's dam Marleen also produced the grand prix jumper Kino, and the licensed stallion Spot On 10, while her maternal half-brother Clarence, by Capitol, jumped at 1.60m level, and her half-sister by Ramiro Z is the dam of the 1.60m jumper Quamiro. The wider damline has produced, among others, Laura Kraut's Catwalk and the GP jumper Cosmo H (both by Catoki), the CCI2* eventer Catalan, and the GP jumper Campari (by Caretino).
Progeny - For Ever Jump did not start breeding until late in his career, but his oldest offspring are now jumping at 1.40m level, including For Ever Fun, Fee, and Folia. They have all inherited his good rideability, his power and canter, and his quick, reactive technique.
