About - A striking, nobly presented stallion, clearly reflecting the quality of his renowned ancestors. Awarded Premium at the Oldenburg licensing, Secret’s Next Star impresses with his size and overall harmony. He demonstrates exceptional basic gaits, highlighted by an expressive and spectacular front-leg action.
Sire - His sire Secret, himself a son of the three-time dressage horse world champion and international Inter I winner Sezuan, won his 14-day test, was Vice Bundeschampion in 2017, Vice World Champion in 2019 and Bundeschampion in 2020. There are over 50 licensed sons to his name, including the Bundeschampion Segantinin, Vice Bundeschampioness Sézane, the Vice Bundeschampion and Hanoverian Champion Sedamo K, the Hanoverian Champion So Dynamic, the Vice Championess Special Design, the Austrian Bundeschampioness Santa Florentina, the DSP Vice Champion Selected and the Baden-Württemberg State Championess Santana. At the 2023 World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses, eleven of the 44 approved youngsters had Secret as their sire, three of whom were in the final, led by sixth-placed Grevens Sirius/Michael Grönne Christensen/DEN. There were even 30 offspring at the Bundeschampionate.
Damline - Damsire Grey Flanell, a direct son of Gribaldi, was Oldenburg Main Premium winner, Pavo Cup Champion as a four-year-old, Louisdor Prize finalist, and successful at national Grand Prix and World Cup level.Granddam D’Esperanza also produced Mykonos by Millennium. Her sire, Desperados FRH, was a cornerstone of the German team, winning Olympic team gold and individual bronze in Rio 2016 under Kristina Bröring-Sprehe, as well as multiple European and World Championship team titles.
