Information

About - Taalex has had a super sports career wining at the highest level under the saddle of Constant van Paesschen, then with Grégory Wathelet he won the 1.60m Grand Prix at the CSI5* in Zurich and 1.55m classes at the CSI5* in Doha and CSI5*-W Zurich. He has now retired from the sport to focus on his breeding career. 

Sire - His sire, the internationally sought-after Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve, is a well-established modern-day stallion and has produced a high number of show jumping heroes.

Damline - His dam Alexa was a good competitor up to 1.50m, she is the full sister to Apricot D who under the saddle of Hugo Simon has won multiple international Grand Prix and World Cups. Alexa is also the full sister to the licensed stallion Amaretto I, Amaretto also under the saddle of Hugo Simon won the GP in Wiesbaden and participated in the World Cup Final and the European Championships in La Baule. She is also the producer of Color Pencil who competes for Slovenia at CSI2* and Crack 37 who is competing up to 1.30m in Germany.

Progeny - Taalex main focus up until 2022 when he retired was on sport therefore he only has a few offspring on the ground. Nevertheless, there are still notably some very good horses in the competition : -
