Information

About & Performance - A state-of-the-art athlete from Belgian competitive breeding. The youngster has lightning-fast reflexes on the jump, limitless ability and an outstanding canter. In short, a young stallion with excellent attributes for the modern show jumping horse breeding.

Gerd Sosath is enthusiastic about this young stallion, they say: "Toucento is a harmoniously constructed young stallion and stood out in free jumping by his ability and overview. He is lively and impresses with an excellent attitude."

Sire - Toucento's sire, Toulon, is considered one of the best jumping horse sires in the world. In recent years, he has ranked high in the WBFSH rankings every year and is among the top 1% of stallions according to the FN breeding value estimation. Toulon himself was internationally highly successful under Hubert Bourdy and Jonella Ligresti. His victory in the Global Champions Tour in Sao Paulo (BRA) is unforgettable.

He is the father of numerous licensed sons as well as other offspring being successful in international 1.60m jumping. Currently the most successful offspring of his include Vancouver de Lanlore (Pénélope Leprevost, FRA), Delux van T & L (Niels Bruynseels, BEL), Falco van Spieveld (Nicole Walker, USA), Jumpy van de Hermitage (Abdel Saïd, EGY), Toulago (Adrienne Sternlicht, USA) and Vitot du Chateau (Olivier Guillon, FRA).

Damline - Toucento's grand sire is none other than the stallion of the century Cento, who was highly successful for over a decade under today's national coach Otto Becker. Team gold at the Olympic Games in Sydney 2000, World Cup victory, victories in the Grand Prix of Aachen and Calgary, team bronze at the Olympic Games in Athens, as well as team gold at the European Championships 2003, to name just a few highlights of this formidable stallions career.
