About - D’Avie is a large-framed and powerful stallion with outstanding harmony in the body. D'Avie impresses with his excellent type, and gaits of exceptional quality, with an enormous dynamic impulse from the hind leg and maximum elasticity.

Performance - In 2018, he was the commanding winner of the World Breeding Championships for six-year-old horses, with a total score of 9,26 and 10 for canter, 9,8 for the trot and 9,5 for capacity. In 2017, D'Avie was placed fourth in the final at the Danish championships, with 9.0 for canter and capacity, and was also a finalist at the World Breeding Championships for five-year-old horses in Ermelo, where he finished sixth with a total score of 8.8, inclunding a 9.6 for trot and a 9.0 for capacity.

Sire - His sire, Don Juan de Hus won his 70-day performance test at Schlieckau with a fantastic final dressage score of 9.25. As a four-year-old, he won the French Championships in Saumur under Jessica Michel. At the World Young Horse Championships, Don Juan de Hus finished sixth in the final. Through Jazz and Krack C, Don Juan de Hus unites proven Dutch dressage genes in his veins; the reverse of this cross produced Zhivago and Vivaldi. Don Juan has also produced the licensing champions D'Egalité and Don Royal, as well as the young horse world champion, Don Martillo, in only a short period of time before his death. His dam, Linda, was successful even in horse riding tests and produced several successful sport horses.

Damline - Londonderry was Bundeschampion as a four-year-old, and took the reserve title as a six-year-old. He was trained up to prix st georges level before being retired to focus on breeding, and has demonstrated talent for all of the grand prix work, including piaffe, passage and one time changes. He was crowned Hanoverian Stallion of the Year in 2013, following in his father's footsteps.
